Thank you to all my clients, followers and supporters over the last 15 years. It's time for a new direction, something I'd planned before the COVID situation changed everyone's plans.

I'm no longer taking new clients for therapy or psychotherapy, I'll continue to share resources and signposts for self help without the constraints of overl-regulation.

In the short term I'm taking time out to travel with my loving pooch 'Luna'. I'm sure our travels will provide revelation and awareness that I'll share with my followers in due time.
