The meditations on this page are designed to work alongside our own inate self-healing abilities. Nevertheless, you are taking personal responsibility for their use and as such should only be used by persons aged 18 years or over.
Some of the links will take you to a page with additional resources, so find a comfortable spot where you can sit or lie comfortably ... and choose whichever one is right for you. You may want to set an alarm for an hour, just in case you get soooo relaxed that you drop into a peaceful sleep ... unless you want to of course.

Apart from the Relaxation Only: Woodland Walk which is shorter and intended for relaxation to fall asleep to, the others will reorient you if you should slip into a daydream or trance-like state ,or even sleep. Trance is a perfectly normal state of mind, it's a letting go of conscious mind control and handing over to the wisdom of your subconscious mind. We drop in and and out of trance as we fall asleep and wake naturally, and throughout the day.
