The following graphics show my measurements as of day 1 of the programme in the format I'll be using to track progress.
I'm using the attached excel spreadsheet, which you can download and use if you wish. You don't have to take all measurements, you'll notice I've decided not to measure my arms ... you'll also see that it includes the auto-calculation used for the hip/waist ratio as shown in the 'healthonics healthcare' graphic below.
To be clear ... when they say widest part, they mean widest part around the hips, not YOUR widest part (... sorry about that).
The auto-populate cells will make more sense as you progress ... and I've deleted the 'M' figure, which is for men.
