In many ways WEEK 1 PREPARATION is the most important week ... every time I've run this programme people start changing shape before the first week is out, either by reducing weight or inches... and we haven't even started therapeutic work yet!
There is no diet advice here ... no diet plan, nor food tips beyond discussing fats, carbohydrates, proteins and sugars. I'm not a dietician nor nutritionist, although I am qualified in anatomy, physiology and pathology and have trained in nutrition as part of continuing my professional therapist development.
By the end of this programme you will understand more about how your body works, the impact of certain food stuffs and hormones on both appetite and fat stores. Oh, and it's bad news on the exercise front ... calories in does not equal calories out. I know there's a whole industry around this backed up by successive governments ... make up your own mind when you get the facts.
This programme revolves around returning to YOUR natural appetite at it's core, this includes some self-awareness ... it's deep. Your body has it's own innate wisdom to keep our size and shape in healthy limits, and this programme will help you peel off the layers of programming, from previous diet advice and unhelpful eating habits (albeit installed with the best intentions originally).

So... get your measuring tape at the ready ... throw away the scales, ok if it's too much don't throw them away, but weight is no longer your number 1 measure.
