Hi and welcome to the start of week 2 of your transformational journey!
In week 1 you will have completed your groundwork, captured your measurements and if you're following one of the therapeutic paths you'll also have conducted a 1:1 consultation and set some personal goals.
You are already changing your relationship with food:
you are very aware of the impact that STRESS! has in everyone's lives ~ especially your own
you have started challenging your beliefs that have passed on by your parents, school, and probably diet advice
you are more more mindful in your eating... every day

This week we will be looking deeper into EMOTIONAL eating and what it really means for you. All humans are emotional eaters... in one way or another.
You may have already assessed your emotional eating patterns, if not, that's the first place to go and the lionk can be found in AP 5 below.
Everyone will have an opportunity to experience Inner Journey designed especially for Beyond Dieting this week ... this may be a new experience or another chance to experience this lucid dream-type meditation where your unconscious mind will be given permission to let old stories go ...
If you're following the EMBODIED or TRANSFORMATION paths, you'll now have access to the first hypnotherapy recording which you'll listen to throughout the week.

Distraction is a common approach to soothe uncomfortable feelings. Has food become your distraction from: uncomfortable feelings or an unpleasant task?

Stick with the weekly habit of measuring - You may already have started to loose inches.
AP 4: TRANSFORMATION path book 1:1 session
This is a 2hr session to resolve Past Issues and Emotional Release related to your personal story with food and underlying issues
By the end of this week you'll become much more aware that your relationship with food is like any other relationship, it's a combination of Physical, Emotional, Mindset and Spiritual aspects ... it's about the unhealed past and lifestyle in the present.
If taking measurements wasn't too much reality for you ... often this week is.
Be kind to yourself, some of your physiology was decided for you a long time ago ... but this is your time to step into your authentic power.
