Hi and welcome to the start of week 1 of your transformational journey!

... In many ways Week 1 ~ Preparation is the most important week ... and not just because there are some key actions for you to complete.


Every time I've run this programme people start changing shape before the first week is out, either by reducing weight or inches ... and that's before we've even started any therapeutic work.

The start of new Self-Awareness is a theme this week ... and taking stock.
There are 4 major factors that directly affect our shape and size which we will demystify this week and next - [click or hover to discover]:
The STRESS!FACTOR

I refer to all the information on here, but the overall picture gives an added perspective that will help with understanding the challenge STRESS! presents not only for our Size and Shape but also our health.

AP 1:
Take your measurements

Get your measuring tape at the ready ... throw away the scales, ok if it's too much don't throw them away, but weight is no longer your number 1 measure.

AP 2: Email your completed ICF before the end of week 1

If you are planning on following either the EMBODIED or TRANSFORMATION paths you will need to complete an Initial Consultation Form (ICF) and email it to ClareBYB@outlook.com

There are limited spaces per intake for the TRANSFORMATION path to accommodate to the required 1:1 time. Please submit your completed form as early as possible to ClareBYB@outlook.com to avoid delay or disappointment.

WHICH PATH ARE YOU FOLLOWING?

You will need to decide before the end of the week which path you're following, as the paths that include therapy need you to register some personal details and to book a short (around 15-30min) initial consultation, for insurance purposes:

There are 2 paths available in Group Format - both of which are available to 'Coming Into Being ... Together' members
  • AWARENESS path - realise the opportunity to transform your relationship with your body and food... this path is available on an ongoing basis to BYB Simply Transformation membership clients
  • EMBODIED path - Awareness path plus pre-recorded Hypnotherapy and up to 30min of 1:1 time to assist your healthy shape and size journey ... NEW path developed for loyal members of the Coming Into Being... Together group

If you want to follow the complete programme please contact me via the contact page or telephone and discuss how to get optimum results for you. You'll also need to check availability as numbers are limited to accommodate the 1:1 time within the current schedule.
